At the moment we are seeking
a results-driven Growth Product Manager
to join our team.
In this role, you will focus
on driving user acquisition and optimizing the monetization funnels
for our subscription-based web product. Your mission will be to identify the most effective traffic channels, test new growth opportunities, and continuously improve conversion rates across all stages of the paid funnel.

We are waiting for :
- You have 3+ years of experience in a growth or product role where you've delivered measurable business impact, specifically in web or web-to-app environments.
- You have hands-on experience running A / B tests and optimizing funnels, with a strong grasp of user behavior and conversion dynamics.
- You're data-savvy - confident interpreting analytics and using insights to guide decisions.
- You understand monetization models and have experience working with subscription-based B2C products.
- You've worked cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics, and you thrive in environments where you can take ownership, drive initiatives, and deliver results.
- You have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
In this role you will :
Take ownership of key growth metrics across acquisition and monetization funnels by identifying and validating high-impact opportunities and experiments.Define and execute the growth roadmap : prioritize initiatives, run experiments, and drive measurable improvements in conversion and monetization performance.Optimize landing pages, paywalls, and subscription flows based on user behavior insights.Design, run, and analyze A / B tests to improve conversion rates and evaluate the efficiency of traffic sources (CAC, LTV, and monetization metrics).Work closely with the Product Owner, Designer, development team, and Data Analyst to build, launch, and iterate on growth-focused features and user flows.Enhance subscription monetization and explore new channels and opportunities for sustainable business growth.Stay ahead of market and competitive dynamics to inform product strategy and uncover new opportunities for scalable growth.We offer :
