Hiring process

• HR Screening with Dagmara, CEO / Alex CTO - Once we receive your CV, we'll take a look and schedule a brief call. During this chat, you'll have the chance to learn more about our company and your potential role. It's also an opportunity for us to get to know you better and discuss your expectations. We aim to keep the conversation concrete yet informal and friendly. Expect the call to last around 15-30 minutes.
• Technical interview with Alex (via video call) - This is where we dive into your technical knowledge and experience. We'll discuss case-study problems and work through a simple task together. Plan for this session to last approximately 60-90 minutes.

Decision on hiring or feedback - Finally, we'll decide on whether to move forward with your hiring process or provide constructive feedback on areas that may need improvement.
