Business Finance Manager

We are seeking a strategically minded and experienced

Business Finance Manager

to lead financial planning and analysis activities in Poland, with a particular focus on our Corporate Risk and Broking business. This role combines analytical, advisory, and operational responsibilities, supporting both local and regional teams in achieving financial and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function for the Polish entity, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with local and regional leadership to co-develop and implement country-level business strategies.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and decision support to business leaders, identifying risks, opportunities, and recommending corrective actions.
• Monitor project performance and report deviations in cost, timeline, and scope to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure strong internal controls across key financial processes, including revenue recognition, sales accounting, contract management, and financial reporting.
• Partner with the cluster finance lead to align standards and delivery models, leveraging both onshore and offshore resources.
• Support local finance teams in month-end and quarter-end close processes and financial reviews.
• Drive operational improvements across end-to-end finance processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business units and support functions.
