Job descriptionBeing in the Bid Leader role, accountable and responsible for presales quality and efficiency, and the final result of the bid management process according to the company’s standards and methodologies Developing customer / subcontractor / vendor relationships, providing consultation to clients and the project team regarding technology, solutions, and implementation approaches during the presales and delivery stages Working as a Presales Community Leader, developing presales standards, and improving the competencies of key people involved in the bid management process Acting as a Delivery Manager in the initial project or service delivery phase, if necessary Supervising and supporting the delivery process, with PMO performing project audits for incompatibility and threat identification, promoting effective teamwork Addressing customer issues and working with sales teams to generate new business Participating in conferences to promote the maturity and potential of Sii Master’s degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent educational or professional experience and qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in presales and delivery of IT solutions at the enterprise level Knowledge of public procurement law and experience from participation in public tenders Excellent ability to analyse customers’ needs and requirements Familiarity with negotiation techniques Ability to drive teams to have motivation and passion for complex and difficult presales and delivery processes Can-do attitude, natural passion, and ability to establish good, positive relationships with people Very good command of English and Polish Residing in Poland required Fluent in German Great Place to Work since 2015 - it’s thanks to feedback from our workers that we get this special title and constantly implement new ideas Employment stability - revenue of PLN 2.1BN, no debts, since 2006 on the market We share the profit with Workers - over PLN 76M has already been allocated for this aim since 2022 Attractive benefits package - private healthcare, benefits cafeteria platform, car discounts and more Comfortable workplace – class A offices or remote work Dozens of fascinating projects for prestigious brands from all over the world – you can change them thanks to Job Changer application PLN 1 000 000 per year for your ideas - with this amount, we support the passions and voluntary actions of our workers Investment in your growth – meetups, webinars, training platform and technology blog – you choose Fantastic atmosphere created by all Sii Power People Send your CV Talk to us about your expectations Learn more about our projects and choose the best Start your adventure with Sii!

The Project Management Office (PMO) announces recruitment for the position of Engagement Manager.
At the PMO, there is a team of experienced managers involved in the processes of presales and delivery of complex and demanding IT projects or services.
In the case of the Engagement Manager position, it is a leading role in the bid management process and is an important project stakeholder during delivery.
