SAP Solution Manager Consultant (ChaRM / Test Workbench / Solution Documentation)

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Solution Manager Consultant with deep expertise in selected functional areas. This role is not a typical SolMan consultancy position — we require advanced, hands-on knowledge in the following modules :

ChaRM (Change Request Management) – configuration, administration, and optimization of change management processes, including transport control and workflow customization.

Test Workbench – creation and execution of test plans, test case management, and integration with defect tracking.

Solution Documentation – structuring and maintaining system and process documentation, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Configure and maintain SAP Solution Manager components within the above areas.

Support change and release management processes across SAP landscapes.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth system operations.

Provide best practices and guidance for effective use of SolMan tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ChaRM, Test Workbench, and Solution Documentation.

Requirements :

Proven experience in SAP Solution Manager with a strong focus on ChaRM, Test Workbench, and Solution Documentation.

Solid understanding of SAP landscapes, transports, and integration points.

Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

English fluency (written and spoken).
