IT System Engineer (Device Management)
to join our team full-time in Poland.

About the role :
As a IT System Engineer (Device Management), become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire lifecycle of Client's corporate devices through Jamf and Intune
- Administer and deploy first and third-party updates across all device estate
- Configure and implement scalable SaaS solutions (requirements gathenng. architecting, configuring, and team training)
- Create and maintain technical documentation of systems and processes
- Investigate system and security alerts and provide incident response
- Handle tickets of incidents and Service Desk escalations
- Participate in internal and cross-functional projects involving stakeholders of all levels
