About the role
We are looking for a
Head of Creatives
to lead the creative strategy, production, and iteration cycles within our
Growth & Marketing
team. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering world-class ad and brand assets that drive measurable growth.
The ideal candidate combines creative vision, leadership excellence, and data-driven decision-making to craft impactful campaigns across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute creative strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic networks
- Translate brand messages into platform-native, high-performing creative assets
- Balance creative innovation with structured experimentation to maximize results
- Build and manage an efficient production pipeline from briefing to execution and testing
- Establish systems for asset naming, QA, and management to ensure high-quality output
- Maintain a consistent cadence of creative launches and iterations
- Collaborate with User Acquisition teams to interpret and act on performance data (CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS, PLTV)
- Transform insights into creative playbooks and actionable strategies
- Lead quarterly retrospectives and competitor analysis sessions to inform creative direction
- Manage and inspire a team of designers, motion editors, and creative strategists
- Foster professional growth through mentorship and career development planning
- Promote a culture that balances data literacy with bold creative instincts
Requirements
6–10+ years of creative leadership experience in mobile apps, gaming, or performance marketingProven track record of delivering high-performing video, motion, or static ad campaignsStrong understanding of growth marketing KPIs and their connection to creative outputFamiliarity with creative tools such as After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Figma (experience with AI tools is a plus)Experience managing internal teams and collaborating with external partnersExcellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentStrong written and verbal English skills to effectively communicate across geographies and culturesBenefits
