This position offers the chance to lead on high‑impact modelling initiatives while contributing to platform tooling, governance, and architecture alongside engineers and product teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and implement predictive and analytical models using a mix of classical ML and modern deep learning techniques
• Apply time‑series forecasting, NLP, clustering, and computer vision techniques to real‑world business problems
• Build robust training pipelines and integrate them into cloud‑native environments (Azure, GCP, AWS) using MLOps best practices
• Track experiments, automate model retraining, and monitor performance using tools like MLflow or Weights & Biases
• Work with stakeholders to define business objectives and translate outputs into actionable recommendations
• Contribute to responsible AI development through model interpretability, regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR), and fairness audits
• Coach and support junior team members while helping scale internal capabilities
