Position : Sales Specialist - Distribution Transformers
Location : Łódź
We are seeking a Sales Specialist to drive acquisition of new customers and maintain and develop relationships with current foreign contractors (internal and external). This role involves organizing meetings with clients, product presentations, and contributing to medium- and long-term sales and marketing strategies. You will prepare sales reports showing the progress of activities and participate in sales and marketing of energy sector products. You will conduct trade negotiations and provide consultancy and technical support to clients at every stage of sales, working daily with other departments on commercial offers and technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Intensive acquisition of new customers as well as maintenance and development of business contacts with current foreign contractors (internal and external).
- Realization of implemented sales plans and marketing campaigns – organization of meetings with clients and product presentations.
- Participation in creating medium and long-term sales and marketing strategies.
- Preparation of sales reports presenting the various stages of implementation of agreed activities.
- Sales and marketing of solutions in the field of products for the energy sector.
- Conducting trade negotiations, providing consultancy and technical support to clients at every stage of sales.
- Daily cooperation with other departments in the preparation of commercial offers and technical solutions.
Background / Qualifications
Higher education, preferably technical (electrical engineering, energy, automation, IT).Minimum 2 years of experience in working in a similar position.Good knowledge of the English language enabling easy communication in international environment.Ability to work under time pressure, highly developed negotiating skills.Ability to build good business relationships.Active category B driving license and willingness to frequent business trips.Ease of learning and getting to know modern technologies and technical solutions.Experience in selling products in the field of energy, automation, IT and electrical engineering will be an additional advantage.Knowledge of the commercial and industrial energy markets will be an additional advantage.About Hitachi Energy
