to join our eCommerce team as an

Interim eCommerce Specialist - CRO, AB testing, Digital experience

• . In this role, you will be responsible for driving online purchase conversion by optimizing the end-to-end customer journey and developing personalized on-site experiences.

You will oversee optimization initiatives across

five Central European markets — Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia

— working closely with both Local and Global eCommerce teams. Using quantitative and qualitative insights, you will identify website inefficiencies and opportunities, design and execute A / B tests, and deliver actionable recommendations that shape our optimization and personalization roadmap.
