The Essentials We're Seeking

• 8+ years of professional C# / .NET experience, including Windows Forms and custom control development.
• Deep understanding of multi-threaded, low-latency  UI design.
• Experience with real-time data visualization  (charts, grids, multi-window apps).
• Comfortable with SVN , TCP / IP, and Windows desktop optimization.
• Strong knowledge of TCP / IP and socket-based communication with C++ backend systems.
• Excellent debugging, profiling, and refactoring skills.
• Experience leading or mentoring developers in an agile, fast-moving environment.
• Fluency in English (minimum C1 level) to effectively collaborate in an international team.
