Role summary :

L&D Manager, you will

build and lead the Learning & Development function from the ground up

• . You will design and scale a strategic L&D framework that is tightly aligned with Billennium's business goals. Your mission : to translate the company's strategic priorities into measurable development programs that elevate performance across technical and business teams, in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities :

L&D strategy and framework

: policies, processes, governance, KPIs, roadmap.

end-to-end learning programs

(needs analysis, design, delivery, evaluation, iteration).

(scale-up, shifts in delivery models, digital & AI adoption) via learning interventions.

Must-Have Qualifications :

L&D Lead / Manager

(necessary experience in team management).

building L&D frameworks

and scaling them in organizations of 500+ employees on international markets.

designing learning programs tied to strategic goals (KPIs)

and measuring outcomes.

at C1 level or higher (international environment)

is a must.
