We are searching for a Human Resources Specialist , located in Poland , to join our People Operationsteam, supporting recruiting,administrative and associaterelations activities within the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, interviews coordination, offers).
• Support HR administration : contracts, amendments, onboarding documentation, offboarding processes.
• Conduct and coordinate salary review cycles, ensuring consistency and fairness across teams.
• Manage feedback and performance review processes (e.g., 360 feedback, manager assessments).
• Review and prepare compliance documentation required for client and bank onboarding (e.g., verify CVs, IDs, police clearance statements).
• Maintain HR records in systems (e.g., BambooHR, internal databases) and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR queries and policies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure accurate HR processes.
