Job descriptionCommunicating effectively in Polish (fluent) and English (minimum B2 level). Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation, analysis, or design of IT systems. Knowledge of internal business processes. Experience in projects involving the development and / or integration of data exchange interfaces between systems. Familiarity with analytical techniques. Teamwork skills and willingness to share knowledge and experience. Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies. Proficiency in : JIRA, Atlassian Confluence,SQL (ability to work with relational databases),UML and BPMN for system and process modeling, Tools for modeling / designing IT systems. Strong logical and analytical thinking skills. High communication skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders. Your Responsibilities
- Requirements analysis.
- Collaboration with business departments to identify needs and deliver concrete solutions.
- Database structure design (data analysis).
- Participation in RFI / RFP processes – preparing and documenting requirements.
- Cooperation with external vendors.
- Participation in user acceptance testing with business stakeholders.
- Involvement in implementation processes.
