Senior Solutions Consultant, ManageBac+

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to drive the commercial success of a well-established and well-loved product ( ManageBac+ ) in a brand-new market segment (British international schools).

As our Senior Solutions Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind growth in this strategic market, working directly with school leaders to demonstrate how our platform transforms school communities.

This is a rare opportunity as it’s not a typical sales role - you'll be an entrepreneur within Faria, bringing together sales, product, and marketing teams to build and execute a winning go-to-market strategy. You'll have the autonomy to shape how we serve this segment while rolling up your sleeves to do the foundational work that drives results.

What You'll Do

Own the Revenue

• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for ManageBac+ across Cambridge and British international schools globally.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic relationship development.
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and close.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets

Note, you will work in tandem with a global sales force that is also incentivized to see you close opportunities.
