Employment : Full-time or part-time after training, flexible shifts (Monday-Sunday)
Contract : Labour contract (Umowa o Pracę, UoP)
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German and English.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information or solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions according to company guidelines.
- Contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience and improve internal processes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service delivery targets.
Qualifications
Fluent in German (B2+ / C1) and proficient in English (minimum B2).Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset.Highly organised, adaptable, and eager to learn.Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required.Benefits
