Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support early-stage project activities and transformation efforts across global and regional markets
• Analyze current business processes and design future-state operating models
• Identify unmet customer needs and co-create solution options using design thinking techniques
• Apply structured problem-solving to complex or undefined challenges
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organization
• Contribute to testing and refining business designs with key stakeholders
• Monitor project execution, report progress, and take ownership of assigned deliverables
• Support operational risk assessment and mitigation throughout the change lifecycle
