CONTRACT - Electrical Quality Manager

Industrial Construction Project | Poland

We're seeking an Electrical Quality Manager / Inspector to oversee the delivery of high-quality electrical installations on a major industrial construction project in Poland. The role focuses on low-voltage systems including Fire Detection, Security, and Building Management Systems (BMS) — ensuring full compliance with design, standards, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee installation quality for electrical, fire, and BMS systems on site
• Conduct audits, inspections, and verify subcontractor works (cabling, panels, cabinets)
• Review and approve test reports, commissioning documentation, and as-builts
• Ensure compliance with Polish / EU standards and internal quality systems
• Cooperate with customer quality representatives and drive continuous improvement
