The Technology Consulting team works with world’s best-known large domestic and global financial institutions, broker-dealers, foreign banking organizations, asset management and insurance companies, who trust us to assist them with large-scale transformation program delivery challenges. This is an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing Data&AI team focused on cutting edge technologies, including GenAI / LLMs, with plenty of autonomy and variety in this role. We are looking for dynamic technical practitioners who are willing to develop intensively in the fastest growing technological sector and take up new opportunities in a multinational work environment.

You will contribute by providing exceptional subject matter expertise and solving complex problems to make a difference for our Clients. Colleagues and Clients from diverse backgrounds will look to you first for answers, so you’ll be a high-profile contact when it comes to resolving complex issues. As you expand your knowledge and experience, you’ll become a credible advisor, influencing Clients and engagement teams on resolutions that will impact entire industries. We are looking for candidates who will strengthen our Technology Solutions Delivery Team in Poland. We welcome skilled data engineers willing to contribute to the Data&AI team in designing, developing, and implementing data solutions. We will appreciate when you are willing to take initiative and seek opportunities to grow a data engineering team as well as, in defining and enforcing data engineering best practices. If you’re serious about progressing and ready to solve our clients’ most complex issues, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building new functionalities and solutions to client use cases, utilizing your extensive experience in Data&AI Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, etc.)
• Building AI solutions and advanced analytics platforms
• Data modeling, mapping and integration between source and target systems
• Acting as Subject Matter Expert in Data&AI area
• Defining and estimating the scope of work needed for the implementation of data systems
• Gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements for Data&AI Solutions
• Collaborating, supporting and mentoring other team members
• EY.AI : Augmented by artificial intelligence, with training sessions and EYQ virtual assistant to enhance analyses, insights and innovative ideas
