Job descriptionOpracowanie, wdrożenie i nadzór nad skalowalnym frameworkiem zapewnienia jakości dla aplikacji badawczych i analitycznych w sektorze farmaceutycznym Wyznaczanie wizji, roadmapy i najlepszych praktyk w zakresie jakości, zgodnych z regulacjami farmaceutycznymi i zasadami integralności danych Inicjowanie i wdrażanie innowacyjnych rozwiązań w zakresie testów automatycznych i manualnych, frameworków i narzędzi Współpraca z zespołami deweloperskimi, naukowcami danych i ekspertami ds. regulacji w celu integracji jakości na każdym etapie cyklu życia oprogramowania Ustalanie KPI i metryk jakości, analiza ryzyka i rekomendowanie działań usprawniających Mentoring zespołu testerów w zakresie nowoczesnych narzędzi i technik testowania (RobotFramework, Tosca, Selenium) Wdrażanie narzędzi CI / CD i automatyzacji (GitHub, GitHub Actions, Selenium Library) Doświadczenie w strategicznych rolach z obszaru inżynierii jakości (pharma IT, badania, analityka danych medycznych) Silne umiejętności przywódcze i zdolność do budowania kultury jakości w organizacji Doskonała znajomość frameworków automatyzacji testów i pipeline’ów CI / CD Praktyczne doświadczenie z narzędziami : RobotFramework, Tosca, Selenium, GitHub, GitHub Actions Wiedza z zakresu walidacji danych badawczych, powtarzalności i standardów jakości w branży farmaceutycznej Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne i współpracy z zespołami międzynarodowymi Współpracę B2B Udział w międzynarodowych projektach w branży farmaceutycznej Możliwość współpracy z globalnym zespołem ekspertów QA i Data Science Elastyczny model pracy zdalnej z okazjonalnymi podróżami do Pragi Możliwość przedłużenia współpracy po zakończeniu projektu

O projekcie
Poszukujemy doświadczonego Test Automation Managera, który obejmie kluczową rolę w opracowaniu i realizacji strategii automatyzacji testów w sektorze farmaceutycznym. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie zarządzać zespołem testerów automatyzacji (głównie zlokalizowanych w Indiach), a także odpowiadać za stworzenie nowoczesnych ram jakości oprogramowania w obszarze badań i analizy danych.
Praca ma charakter strategiczno-techniczny i wymaga umiejętności łączenia wiedzy z zakresu QA, automatyzacji, danych oraz wymagań regulacyjnych branży farmaceutycznej.
