This role can be performed in Krakow, Poland in a hybrid model, balancing work from home (2 days per week) and office (3 days per week) to match your needs and role requirements.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Execute or review execution of QA processes in line with established standards. Scope of work includes Compliance Risk Testing (CRT), Regulatory Change Management, Controls Documentation, and Issues Management.
- Build a strong working knowledge of all Compliance risk management program components.
- Articulate concepts and findings that deviate from established standards while educating stakeholders on applying requirements.
- Perform, or oversee, live QA reviews and facilitate coaching to promote continuous improvement; deliver clear and concise feedback to maintain positive relationships across all levels.
- Deliver tailored training to educate stakeholders on areas for improvement.
- Provide inputs to, or produce, quarterly reporting to relevant stakeholders (Senior Compliance Officers, Business Risk Management Executives) to communicate QA results.
- Assist the QA Lead in advancing QA processes.
- Update procedures, templates and reports to ensure QA can be measured.
- Assist the QA Lead and Methodology Team with management requests or initiatives, including specialized analysis of controls or specific risks.

Bachelor’s degree.Minimum of 6‑8 years relevant work experience in risk assessment, internal controls, compliance or audit within the Financial Services sector.2+ years of institutional knowledge preferred.Sound knowledge of COSO.Understanding of IT internal controls and knowledge of COBIT preferred.Preferred certifications : CIA, CISA or similar.About State Street
