Project description : The project involves the construction of a new greenfield drug product manufacturing facility. The initiative aims to establish a state-of-the-art, highly automated production environment aligned with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Role overview : We are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in industrial automation within the pharmaceutical sector . The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of automation-related activities within the Apollo greenfield factory project. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, construction, and validation teams to ensure timely delivery and technical compliance of all control systems.

• Proven experience (min. 6 years) in automation project management within the  pharmaceutical or biotech industry .
• Solid understanding of industrial control systems and automation architectures.
• Experience with greenfield or brownfield projects is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in cross-functional environments.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
