As a Fullstack Developer, you will play a key role in developing new features, executing projects, and supporting web applications within our project’s digital transformation. You will work with modern technologies in an international and agile environment, ensuring high-quality development while adhering to best coding practices. This role requires working from our office in Warsaw 1-2 days per week.
Your responsibilities
Developing new features in line with Craftsmanship and DevOps principlesConducting analysis and fixing errors / bugs to ensure continuous improvementParticipating in backlog refinement, estimation, and user story slicingSharing knowledge and best practices with the development team to promote reusabilityWriting technical documentation to capture architecture choices and implementation detailsCollaborating within an international context, requiring fluent English communicationOur requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Fullstack developmentStrong experience in Java (12) and Spring Framework developmentProficiency in Angular (12) for front-end developmentHands-on experience with Oracle & PostgreSQL databasesFamiliarity with hexagonal architecture principlesExperience with DevOps tools such as Git, Docker / Kubernetes, Jenkins, and private cloud solutionsUnderstanding of agile methodologies (SCRUM) and software craftsmanship practices (TDD, BDD, Clean Code, SOLID principles)Fluent Polish requiredResiding in Poland requiredThis is how we work on a project
