Job descriptionSolid experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications in a professional environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical users. Experience in creating end-user communication, guides, or tips is a strong plus. A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with both colleagues and end users. Previous experience in a ServiceDesk or IT support function. Fluent in English - written and spoken A structured and service-oriented mindset, with a friendly and mature personality A position in an international and professional environment with good possibilities for personal development. Lots of exiting challenges in an environment under constant development. To work with the latest technology. An attractive salary including different personal benefits. Working in hybrid system - 3 days at the office, 2 days remotely.
responsibilities :
- Provide skilled 1st and 2nd line support as part of the ServiceDesk, covering a broad range of IT issues.
- Act as the go-to expert for Microsoft 365, offering high-quality support on "how-to" issues in apps such as Outlook, Teams, OneNote, and SharePoint.
- Communicate upcoming M365 changes, updates, and new features to end users in a clear and engaging way.
- Create and share practical M365 tips and tricks that improve productivity across the organization.
- Enhance ServiceDesk team knowledge and troubleshooting skills related to Microsoft 365.
- Serve as an internal ambassador for M365 adoption and user enablement.
