Hybrid working from our office in Warsaw - Domaniewska 48 (3 days from the office, 2 days from home)
In this dynamic role, you will be the cornerstone of our customer experience, providing seamless multi-channel support through phone, email, and live chat. As a vital member of our team, you'll not only process orders and maintain customer data but also expertly handle inquiries and complaints with efficiency and finesse. Working in a vibrant multinational environment, you will collaborate across departments, forging strong connections with Sales, Operations, and Finance. As a Customer Service Representative, you play a pivotal role in influencing customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships, contributing significantly to the renowned high-level service that defines RS.
