Hybrid working from our office in Warsaw - Domaniewska 48 (3 days from the office, 2 days from home)

In this dynamic role, you will be the cornerstone of our customer experience, providing seamless multi-channel support through phone, email, and live chat. As a vital member of our team, you'll not only process orders and maintain customer data but also expertly handle inquiries and complaints with efficiency and finesse. Working in a vibrant multinational environment, you will collaborate across departments, forging strong connections with Sales, Operations, and Finance. As a Customer Service Representative, you play a pivotal role in influencing customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships, contributing significantly to the renowned high-level service that defines RS.

What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role :

Step into a dynamic position where you become the frontline hero, swiftly resolving customer issues with speed and effectiveness.

Answer inbound calls and provide real-time support on Live Chat and via e-mail.

Beyond transactions, your interactions contribute to an outstanding customer service experience, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.

Be dedicated to exceeding expectations and pushing the boundaries of service standards – your role goes beyond tasks; it's about creating lasting positive impressions with every customer interaction.

If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you :

  • Fluent level of Hungarian language and good command of written and spoken English
  • Experience in dealing with customers either face-to-face or via phone
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to the changing environment
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Computer skills (Microsoft applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage)
