About the project
The ideal candidate has experience in Identification of customer needs, especially in the area of new cloud and data technologies. This role demands focus on existing customers’ growth and retention. We are looking for a self-driven person with knowledge in the area of new cloud technologies (Data, AI, Infrastructure, Security or Apps) that will enable Elitmind to growth within existing customers.
Your responsibilities
Managing assigned accounts, retaining customers and leading a matrix team to work for customer’s success.Identification of customer needs in the area of new cloud technologies.Co-creating the strategy for the Commercial department.Collaboration with other departments of the company, especially Delivery&Technology team and New Business team.Close cooperation with technology partners such as Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, UiPath, GCP, etc.Active efforts and planning to acquire new projects and / or services within existing customers, building long-term relationships with customers and partners.Reporting to the Head of Digital Advisory.Our requirements
Experience in the area of Technology Sales or Presales, as CDO, CTO, Digital Advisor, Architect, Leader of technology / domains or other relevant role utilizing new cloud technologies : Data, AI, Infrastructure, Security, Apps is required.Strong understanding of the core technologies within our portfolio, including Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, SQL Server or Power BI.High skills in creating a solution vision tailored to customer needs.High personal culture, ability to work with management, directors, managers, and architects.Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).Goal-oriented and strategic planning.Excellent communication skills and the ability to present arguments clearly and understandably.Ability to conduct meetings, workshops, and presentations.Willingness to travel, including internationally (Western Europe, Southern Europe, Middle East- Dubai) - you plan your schedule, but events may require it.Analytical Thinking : Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.Problem-Solving Skills : Proactively identify and resolve issues related to BI systems, ensuring smooth operations and data accuracy.Effective Communication : Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely, fostering understanding and collaboration.Attention to Detail : Meticulous in data validation, report generation, and ensuring data quality across BI platforms.Team Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams, coordinating with IT, business analysts, and other stakeholders.Adaptability and Continuous Learning : Open to learning new tools and technologies in the rapidly evolving BI landscape and adjusting to changing business needs.This is how we organize our work
