Responsibilities :

• Participate in software architecture design
• Implement solutions using industry best practices and Design Patterns
• Analyze requirements to fully understand solutions and recommend improvements
• Create comprehensive and clear documentation for developed solutions
• Develop and test application prototypes to validate concepts and designs
• Manage changes across the Service Management lifecycle
• Actively contribute to automation and continuous improvement of the Service Management lifecycle
• Deliver outstanding customer support by addressing and resolving issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
