Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Consultant / Senior Consultant, based in Warsaw, incl. work from home flexibility or fully remote option. The Consultant / Senior Consultant will be responsible for providing tax and compliance consulting services to clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting tax research, developing customized solutions, preparing tax reports, and ensuring clients meet regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their specific needs and providing expert guidance to optimize their tax positions.

Qualifications

• Experience in tax consulting, tax research, and developing tax solutions
• Skills in preparing tax reports and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work or fully remote setting
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CTA) is beneficial
• Experience in client management and consulting within the tax domain

Twoje główne zadania :

kompleksowa analiza zagadnień z zakresu CIT, VAT, WHT i ceny transferowe,

praca bezpośrednio z Menedżerem lub Partnerem,

przygotowywanie opinii, alertów, artykułów prasowych,

˗ analiza przepisów i orzecznictwa,

˗ formułowanie rekomendacji podatkowych dla klientów,

Oczekiwania :

2-5 lat doświadczenia w doradztwie podatkowym,

umiejętności analityczne,

znajomość programów z pakietu Office (w szczególności, Excel & PowerPoint),

chęć rozwoju w doradztwie podatkowym,

umiejętność pracy w zespole.
