• ~1.5 years of experience in HR roles (HR Manager, HR Specialist, or HR Coordinator), preferably in IT.
• Understanding of the employee lifecycle : pre-boarding, onboarding, adaptation, probation, and offboarding.
• Practical experience with operational HR tasks : collecting data, creating accounts, arranging meetings, preparing equipment, and completing checklists.
• Experience working with HR systems (HRIS, internal platforms) : updating employee profiles, maintaining accurate records, and tracking documentation.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a responsible approach to work.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with genuine care for employee experience.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English (for documentation, emails, and internal communications).
