Job descriptionJelly ServiceNow Team at Sii provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platforms used within the customer organization. Our experience spans ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / ITBM(PPM) modules. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will join the team working on many projects utilizing various modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity! Analyzing and participating in review sessions – analyzing development needs and taking part in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings Creating and maintaining documentation, and technical solution validation before deployment Developing and administering ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST / SOAP), platform upgrades, and skipped record reviews Developing solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, etc.), Flow / Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities Ensuring compliance with internal development standards and identifying automation opportunities to improve user experience Providing support in testing, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer Experience on core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management Methodical and focused approach to work Good analytical and communication skills Excellent command of English, enabling effective and fluent communication Great Place to Work since 2015 - it’s thanks to feedback from our workers that we get this special title and constantly implement new ideas Employment stability - revenue of PLN 2.1BN, no debts, since 2006 on the market We share the profit with Workers - over PLN 76M has already been allocated for this aim since 2022 Attractive benefits package - private healthcare, benefits cafeteria platform, car discounts and more Comfortable workplace – class A offices or remote work Dozens of fascinating projects for prestigious brands from all over the world – you can change them thanks to Job Changer application PLN 1 000 000 per year for your ideas - with this amount, we support the passions and voluntary actions of our workers Investment in your growth – meetups, webinars, training platform and technology blog – you choose Fantastic atmosphere created by all Sii Power People
