How you’ll make an impact
Reward & Compensation
- Support the design and implementation of scalable compensation frameworks aligned with our growth trajectory and performance culture.
- Conduct detailed market benchmarking, job evaluations and pay analysis using external survey data (e.g. Mercer, WTW, Radford).
- Partner with Finance and People teams to support annual reward cycles – including salary reviews, bonus planning and incentive plan design.
- Analyse and model reward costs, headcount projections and pay structures to inform strategic workforce planning.
Benefits & Wellbeing
Help manage day‑to‑day benefit administration and vendor relationships to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective programs.Benchmark and recommend enhancements to our benefits offering in line with market trends and employee feedback.Support the implementation of new benefits as we scale into new regions or markets.Transformation & Projects
Contribute to core HR transformation projects, including job architecture, pay transparency and equity‑based incentive schemes.Support due diligence and integration activities as part of M&A or growth initiatives.Partner cross‑functionally to embed reward principles into talent, performance and recognition frameworks.Data & Insights
Maintain data integrity within HR systems and generate reward dashboards and analytics to support decision‑making.Provide actionable insights on compensation trends, turnover and cost modelling to senior leaders and investors.Ensure compliance with local legislation, pay equity and governance requirements.Your background
Essential qualifications
Proven experience (3–5+ years) in Reward, Compensation or HR Analytics within a fast‑paced, commercial environment.Strong analytical capability – confident managing complex data sets and building compelling insights (Excel, Power BI or similar).Experience with benchmarking and market analysis using reputable reward survey data.Commercially astute – understands how reward decisions impact business performance, margins and growth outcomes.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts simply and credibly.Comfortable operating in ambiguity, managing multiple priorities and delivering under tight deadlines.Desirable qualifications
Experience working in a private‑equity backed, scale‑up or transformative growth environment.Familiarity with equity or long‑term incentive plans (LTIPs).Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors or similar.Location
