We are looking for French-speaking candidates, who would like to perform various tasks and drive the functioning of our internal teams. In this role, you will become a key part of the employee lifecycle for our French-speaking population. You'll gain hands-on experience with global HR systems, employment compliance, onboarding, and personnel administration — all while working in an international environment that values learning, teamwork, and flexibility.

Your Key Responsibilities

Supporting external contractors and interns :

• Creating and maintaining records for contractors and unpaid interns in our HR system
• Making sure contracts, dates, and approvals are always correct and compliant
• Acting as a bridge between HR, Procurement and business teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding

Onboarding and employee data management :

Managing medical check processes :
