We’re looking for a Junior Demand Planner to join our growing Commercial team at Inspired Pet Nutrition (IPN) — the home of much-loved pet food brands including Harringtons, Wagg, Barking Heads, Meowing Heads, AATU, and Blink. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced FMCG business with ambitious international growth plans. You’ll support our demand forecasting, planning, and S&OP processes to ensure we deliver accurate, insight-led forecasts for our brands and customers across the Polish and European markets.

Opportunity

• Manage forecasting and demand planning for assigned brands and customers.
• Coordinate and support the commercial team’s forecast submissions.
• Lead forecast meetings and contribute to S&OP debrief sessions.
• Maintain forecast accuracy and data integrity within Anaplan.
• Support product launches, range reviews, and portfolio optimisation.
• Contribute to annual planning and budget-setting processes.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales to ensure strong alignment.
