Key Responsibilities

• Support and influence the Global Web Product Roadmap : Develop and prioritize the roadmap and backlog in alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Prioritize development initiatives based on business value, user impact, and strategic fit
• Customer-Centric Approach : Champion a data-driven, customer-centric approach to product development, integrating customer insights and feedback into product enhancements
• Agile Product Development : Collaborate effectively with Agile development teams and UX designers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with Technology, Customer Experience, Design, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to gather and clarify functional requirements and translate business needs into user stories, epics and specifications for the technical team
• Continuous Improvement : Monitor product performance, conduct user acceptance testing and interviews, and iterate to enhance product features and functionalities
• Vision : help create and support the multi-year product strategy that supports Circle K's business objectives and drives best-in-class digital experiences
• Customer-Centric Approach : Champion a data-driven, customer-centric approach to product development, integrating customer insights and feedback into product enhancements
