Position : Sales Specialist for Power Quality & Grid Components

Possible location : Gdansk, Lodz, Krakow, Warsaw

Role :

The successful applicant will be required to achieve sales targets through successful selling of Hitachi Energy Grid Components. Emphasis will be placed upon Power Quality Products Mainly Low Voltage and Medium Voltage.

How you’ll make an impact :

  • Promote & publicise Hitachi Energy Grid Component products in the market place with panel builder (OEM), industrial and commercial end users, EPC’s and Distributors.
  • Identify & action any sales leads & opportunities to ensure successful sale. Liaise with FES Sales Team to cover all sales prospects available.
  • Undertake discussions on client sites to identify all requirements and sales opportunities. Ensure design is within Company capabilities.
  • Support with quotations in line with HE commercial procedures. Pursue order process to ensure successful product delivery & excellent levels of customer service.
  • Liaise with sub-contractors, factories & customers.
  • Undertake on-site after sales activities including reporting of comments, faults, and arrange any remedial actions required.
  • Compliance of all HE Health & Safety Procedures.
  • Reporting of market activities including competitors.
  • Prepare & Issue, Area monthly reports & forecasts.
  • Maintain regular contact with colleagues providing in other regions of Europe.

Your background :

  • Degree in Engineering : Electrical engineering or equivalent essential.
  • Sales experience desirable.
  • Results Orientation – Drive to meet or exceed targets.
  • Customer & Market Orientation – Builds customers relationships.
  • Technical Excellence – Recognised a expert in own field.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration – Demonstrates ‘One HE’ behaviours.
  • Ability to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
