For our Client, from the Shared Services sector (SSC), located in Wrocław, we are looking for an experienced Head of HR Administration & Payroll. The person in this role will be responsible for HR and payroll processes across the Europe.
Responsibilities :
- lead and support a team of HR & Payroll Supervisors working for different EU countries,
- make sure HR and payroll processes follow local labor law, tax, and social security rules, prepare and control reports for authorities,
- improve and standardize HR and payroll processes in the SSC environment,
- keep HR data correct and safe, in line with GDPR,
- define and follow KPIs for payroll and HR administration,
- support the implementation of SAP.
Requirements :
minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Payroll team management, preferably in SSC / BPO,experience with SAP HR / SAP SuccessFactors - participation in system implementation or migration will be a strong asset,good knowledge of HR and payroll rules in selected Europen countries,strong leadership and communication skills,analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude,fluency in English and Polish.We offer :
