Werde Vertriebsleiter im Entertainment Bereich

Leite ein deutsches sowie ein internationales Chat Vertriebsteam
Text Vertrieb von exklusiv Content an hunderte Neu- und tausende Bestandskunden täglich (ohne kaltakquise)
1 Monat Einlernung und eigenes chatten
2500 USD Base +10% provision + Bonussystem
Sales Provision von 1000 - 5000 USD monatlich möglich
Monatliche Bonis bei Ziel KPI Erreichung

Aufgaben

Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele

Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen durch proaktive Kommunikation und Betreuung

Analyse von Markttrends und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten zur Identifizierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten

Führung und Motivation des Vertriebsteams zur Steigerung der Verkaufsleistung

Qualifikation

Englisch Sprach- und Schriftkenntnisse

Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im Marketingbereich.

Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick.

Fähigkeit, ein Team aus der Ferne zu führen und zu motivieren.

Verständnis für digitale Marketingstrategien und -technologien.

Ergebnisorientierung mit einer proaktiven und selbstmotivierten Arbeitsweise.
