Job descriptionLead the design, estimation, and implementation of SAP system extensions in the cloud (BTP + CAP), ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions. Represent the project team in front of clients, effectively communicating technical details and coordinating development efforts to meet client expectations. Participate in non-project tasks, such as mentoring programs, contributing to the SAP community, and supporting less experienced employees to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical strategies and roadmaps, aligning them with business goals and driving innovation. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, advocating for continuous improvement and adoption of best practices. Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience, with a strong track record of leading successful projects based on the SAP Business Technology Platform. Proficiency in at least three of the following technologies : SAPUI5, SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAP Cloud SDK for JavaScript, Cloud Foundry, BTP Services. Very good knowledge of JavaScript. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for tackling complex technical issues. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Good command of English (both spoken and written). Knowledge of German is a significant plus (we will support you in further learning). Basic knowledge of any of the following SAP ERP modules : H2R, A2R, F2P, I2O, O2C, P2M, P2P, R2R, S2P. Experience with Workflow and SAP BUILD.
