We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to guide the development of the Letters of Credit Case Management Tool (CMT) and Salesforce initiatives. You’ll be responsible for strategic technical oversight with practical expertise in .NET and Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality delivery across both platforms. We’re looking for a strong technical leader who can coordinate teams, align technical solutions with business goals, and manage architecture decisions without being involved in daily coding.
The role requires working in US Eastern Time Zone : 14 : 00–22 : 00.
Your responsibilities
Providing technical leadership for two main areas : CMT Product (SQL Server, C#, .NET, Azure, Service Bus) and Salesforce (Apex development, Communities, integrations)Aligning technical delivery with business goals in collaboration with Product Managers and Agile LeadsOverseeing architecture reviews, solution design, and integration between systemsEnsuring security, scalability, and efficiency of workflowsManaging technical risks, dependencies, and sprint deliverablesSupporting testing phases, including UAT and release coordinationCommunicating effectively with global teams in EnglishOur requirements
At least 5 years of experience in software development with .NETProven experience in leading technical teams in enterprise environmentsStrong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, Azure, Service Bus)Experience working with Salesforce platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components)Excellent communication skillsFluency in EnglishResiding in Poland requiredOptional
Experience in financial systems or government projectsFamiliarity with SIGMA API alerts, RFI workflows, and document management systemsPractical experience with workflow configuration and dashboard customizationWhat we offer
