We’re looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead and grow our engineering team in Poland. You’ll play a key role in shaping the team’s delivery, culture, and technical direction, reporting directly to the Head of Product Development .

This role combines people leadership, technical oversight, and cross-functional collaboration — working closely with Product Management and Customer Delivery to bring complex, data-driven products to life.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers through regular 1 : 1s, feedback, and mentoring — creating an environment where people learn, grow, and perform at their best.
• Oversee performance management, training, and recruitment for your team.
• Guide technical delivery : ensure quality, remove blockers, and help the team make sound engineering decisions.
• Implement and continuously improve product development processes that support scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product Management to shape roadmaps, refine requirements, and translate business goals into engineering outcomes.
• Work with Customer Delivery to resolve project gaps and customer issues quickly and effectively.
• Participate in architecture discussions and committees, contributing to design and specification reviews.
• Partner with subject matter experts to ensure robust, high‑quality system design and implementation .
