PLM Solution Specialist late shift : 14 : 00 - 22 : 00

Join our team as a PLM Solution Specialist in the Product Structure / Bill of Material Product team, where you will play a key role in supporting R&D units with the creation and release of production data. This position is designed to provide support to the American market during the evening shift hours of 14 : 00 to 22 : 00 .

Key Responsibilities :

Support the end-to-end solution from Product Structure creation to managing and releasing Engineering and Manufacturing BOMs,

Provide tier 2 support by troubleshooting and resolving issues alongside power users (tier 1),

Identify and propose improvements to enhance functionality, performance, automation, and user experience,

Contribute to evolving global process templates, design guidelines, and quality checks with cross-functional collaboration,

Maintain documentation such as user manuals and process guides to empower power users,

Execute and maintain test scripts to ensure solution quality,

Support enhancement and upgrade projects through all phases until production delivery,

Conduct user training for new and updated functionalities.

What You Need to Succeed :

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education,

Experience with change management processes (e.g., CMII, ITIL),

Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level),

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams such as R&D and Operations,

Independent, accurate work style with high problem-solving skills and understanding of complex processes,

Excellent team player with strong communication abilities,

Good knowledge of PLM systems; experience with Siemens Teamcenter is a plus.
