We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Alliance Partner Program Manager to join our SI Alliance Program team. This individual will be responsible for the execution and operational management of key workstreams within our global and award‑winning SI Alliance partner program. They will drive the day‑to‑day coordination and delivery of essential program elements, ensuring smooth operations and consistent partner engagement. This role reports directly to the Director, Partner Programs and Marketing, and is critical for supporting the strategic initiatives set at the leadership level.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

• Leverage partner program best practices to refine processes and drive better results within our SI Alliance partner program.
• Manage compliance planning and execution, data and metric collection, heatmap creation, and partnership tiering recommendations.
• Drive the operational roll‑out of new specializations, including internal and external socialization efforts and ongoing integration activities.
• Lead award identification and management of the SI Excellence Awards, including communications, forms, surveys, trophies, and promotional kits.
• Coordinate partner preview and event communications, scheduling, and attendance logistics for partner preview calls.
• Project manage the Partner Advisory Council (PAC), ensuring worldwide PACs stay on schedule, tracking action items, and handling logistical aspects.
• Update program guides, decks, specialization slides, and other collateral, coordinating calls and addressing miscellaneous ad‑hoc requests.

Who You Are

Your Qualifications

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $126,000 - $190,000. Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors.

All full‑time positions or part‑time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well‑being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and / or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.
