Customer Development Representative (f / m / d)
What To Expect
- The Customer Development Representative is in a Customer Service position responsible for supporting on-going incremental growth from their assigned accounts by locating new business opportunities through outcalls to existing customers and e-mails utilizing Mousers strategic customer service and marketing plans, customer visits and trade shows.
- Regular travel within the region for trade shows and to visit customers, build strong relationships, and foster long-term partnerships.
- Develops phone-based revenue through the creation of leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishes ongoing rapport with existing customer
- Effectively and creatively communicates Mouser's overall value to customers
- Increases revenue from assigned customer accounts by locating and identifying new business opportunities with existing customers
- Works with Customer Service Representatives and Management to develop strategies to penetrate shared Customer Development accounts
- Interacts effectively and professionally with others and able to initiate, establish and maintain highly effective business relationships with internal and external business contacts of various cultures; able to communicate with people at all levels
- Demonstrates ability in converting prospects and promising opportunities while maintaining established goals; follows up on customer submitted requests for quotation
- Plans and analyzes the impact of decisions before execution
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a suitable combination of education and experience; minimum one year experience of business-to-business customer serviceDesire and ability to deal with customers with an outgoing and mature personalityHighly organized and with very effective time management skillsDetailed and thorough in work habits including detailed documentationRelies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while performing a variety of complicated tasksStrong presentation skills, ability to effectively present information to a group of peopleStrong written and verbal communication skills - equally strong listening skillsAbility to verbalize and express themselves well in a telephone environment with a clear enunciation of English and Polish. Additional languages such as Hungarian, Czech or Romanian would be a plus.Profound MS Office skills, especially Word and Excel; experience with an ERP system would be helpful.Willingness to travelWhat We Offer
