AP Manager

Your Tasks

• Lead and manage a team, including planning, organizing, and monitoring daily operations
• Conduct regular performance reviews and 1 : 1s, supporting growth and development of direct reports
• Maintain strong client relationships at an operational level : reporting, escalations, change management
• Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness in accounting processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting regulations
• Provide technical and operational support to team members in day-to-day activities
• Drive continuous improvements projects for AP team and lead the implementation process
• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings to meet group reporting deadlines
• Monitor key KPIs related to AP process performance and implement corrective actions where needed
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance efficiency
• Ensure successful process migrations and onboarding of new processes
