As Manager, Learning Operations, you will serve as a vital orchestrator of Moderna University’s learning ecosystem, scaling operational delivery and enhancing program execution across digital and physical platforms. You will lead coordination efforts, optimize vendor partnerships, and coach a small, high‑impact team. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, data‑driven insights, and technology—including AI—you will ensure an outstanding learning experience that supports Moderna’s global growth. This role is highly cross‑functional and requires seamless collaboration with Digital, HR, Finance, Procurement, and learning stakeholders across the enterprise.
