About The Job

• Provide oversight for assigned area to ensure solutions are managed within the IT strategy and roadmap with appropriate support coverage.
• Monitor and maintain awareness of ERP industry trends and best practices for assigned functional area.
• Contribute to the provision of a robust, reliable and effective ERP system for LS&CO. users as measured by established service levels.
• Partners closely with business and IT leaders / managers / teams to facilitate issue resolution, develop and deliver valuable business solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Manage team's onsite, offshore, and across the globe including appropriate 3rd party service providers.
• Manage and Plan the teams' workload and provide direction to team members in terms of priorities, work assignments, work outputs and deliverables in areas of break / fix, enhancements and projects; including review of the same.
• Develops and maintains key relationships within ERP Competency Center group, the Regional IT group, business counterparts and 3rd parties.
