requirements-expected :
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Solutions Analyst, Business Analyst, or related IT position
- Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Experience in business process knowledge within one or more of the following Industry Sectors : Logistics, Supply chain management
- Minimum of three years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including architecture and application design / development
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, systems integration, and project management principles
- Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
- Excellent analytical and technical skill
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Ability to work with developers in an “in-and-out" outsourced environment
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Capable of translating business requirements in functional specs
- Team player, with experience in Europe and Asia ideally and in virtual teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
