🔎 We’re looking for a Customer Success Advisor who’s passionate about solving problems and supporting clients. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our users - handling inquiries and resolving issues via chat and email to help them reach their business goals.
🤖 As this is a technical support position , strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with digital tools, and a basic understanding of marketing trends and platforms are highly valued. You’ll guide customers through both the functional and technical aspects of our solutions - empowering them to succeed, not just use the product.
🗓️ You'd be working according to schedule, from Monday till Sunday (5 days a week) in 8-hour shifts that start from 7 AM and finish at 7 PM.
Please note that this is a remote role located in Polandto, to qualify for this role, you must be and hold a valid work permission.
