Responsibilities :

IT Infrastructure & System Administration :

Implement and maintain IT solutions in line with corporate policies and standards.

Administer IT systems and network infrastructure (Windows / Linux servers, networks, VPN, firewalls).

Manage IT hardware and software

Ensure system security and implement cybersecurity measures to ensure compliancy with NIS2 and ISO27001.

Technical Support & User Management :

Provide local and remote 2nd line IT support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software and minor bussiness application issues.

Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT permissions.

Keep track of you activities within the group ITSM tool.

Train and assist employees in using IT tools and best practices.

Collaboration & Process Optimization :

Work closely with the global IT team and external service providers to ensure IT operations run smoothly.

Identify areas for improvement and suggest IT solutions to enhance productivity and security.

Conduct / support IT projects related to system upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation. requirements-expected :

Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Experience in Windows / Linux system administration and network management.

Knowledge of ERP systems and business software management.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Understanding of server administration and IT security principles.

Excellent command of English (collaboration with headquarters in the Netherlands and global IT colleagues).

Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

Work well in a team as well as working alone.
