Location : Wrocław / Warszawa / Katowice

Hybrid Model : 2 days in-office, 3 days remote

Your Key Responsibilities

As an Oracle Fusion Cloud - Team Lead, you will :

• Lead a team of Oracle Fusion experts, ensuring successful project implementation and high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies.
• Facilitate client design reviews and drive discussions from project inception to completion.
• Take full ownership of projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Provide expertise in General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management within Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Interpret functional requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Design module-specific solutions within the integrated Oracle Fusion environment.
• Conduct Solution Design, Functional Fit-Gap Analysis, Training, and Testing sessions.
• Support business users during CRPs, SITs, and UATs.
• Prepare test scripts, test cases, and deliver training sessions.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering long-term professional growth.
